Before requesting any return or refund, customers must first contact our support team for confirmation and assistance.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or specially made products are not eligible for return or refund.
Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.
Exchange
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
